Excellent BMS, can handle 100A continuous, but cells either imbalanced or one weak cell

I ordered the 12V 100Ah LiFePO4 battery, and had no complaints: it can handle 100A continuous and had 105Ah capacity (advertised 104Ah cells). Then I ordered the 24V 100Ah LiFePO4 battery. It can handle 100A continuous too. My battery may have either cell imbalance or one weak cell since the discharge gives only 95-96Ah and discharge cuts due to BMS sensing too low cell voltage before 22V voltage is achieved. One thing I noticed is that the manual says 35mA balance rate, so the cells balance very slowly (my tests indicate I got 80mA balance current however so maybe it's better than the manual says). I have contacted the support and will give them full details once I have all of the measurements, and if it turns out one of the cells was weak instead of being not in balance, I'm hoping to get a replacement product but have to wait since none are in stock now. One thing I noticed is that the BMS handles high voltage cut-off very cleanly. If you charge with a too high voltage and then have a momentary high load on the battery, the BMS instantaneously detects that charge changed to discharge and there is no period where the terminal voltage would drop below the internal battery voltage. An oscilloscope showed that it reconnects the battery instantaneously, and my inverter did not detect any low-voltage event. So BMS gets 5 stars: it actually balances the cells and handles high voltage cut-off very cleanly, but since the cells were either not in balance or one was a weak cell, I give a 4-star rating for the total battery product.
