How do I register my LANPWR product warranty online?

Registering your LANPWR warranty is quick and easy! What information do I need to complete my warranty registration?

How long does my LANPWR warranty last, and when does it start?

Your warranty usually begins on the purchase date and lasts for the duration specified for your product model. Keep your receipt safe — you’ll need it if you ever need to make a claim.

What does the LANPWR warranty cover?

We cover manufacturing defects and hardware issues under normal use, such as:

  • Faulty parts or workmanship
  • Battery problems from normal charging cycles
  • Electrical or mechanical failures

The warranty doesn’t cover damage from misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, modifications, or normal wear and tear.

What information do I need to prepare when applying for a return, exchange, or warranty service?

Please prepare the following information in advance: order number, proof of purchase, and video/photos of the faulty product (if applicable). When applying for warranty service, you also need to describe the problem in detail (symptoms, when it occurred, specific operations), inform us of any troubleshooting steps you've tried, and provide the product serial number (SN).

If my product experiences a quality issue within the warranty period, how will LANPWR handle it?

If a LANPWR product fails to meet the quality standards (as determined by our technical support team) within the warranty period, we will repair the defective product, or replace it with a new or refurbished product that is compatible and has the same or higher rated power. In special cases where repair or replacement is not possible, a refund may be processed. The specific handling, which may involve depreciation or additional fees depending on the purchase duration and product condition, is detailed in the policy.

What situations will void the warranty or are not covered by the free warranty service?

Key situations include: the product being outside the warranty period; normal wear and tear (like cosmetic damage, cell capacity degradation); damage due to human factors (such as unauthorized disassembly, modification, improper operation, water damage, etc.); failure to use and maintain the product according to the user manual (e.g., using incompatible chargers, incorrect applications, using non-starting batteries for starting purposes, etc.); force majeure events.
