Shipment Processing Time
EU: Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days and delivered within 3-10 business days.
 
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will be updated within 48 hours.

Shipping Information

We are not responsible for any losses, including missing parcels, package damage, losses due to the delay, and other losses caused by the shipping carrier.
