Return & Refund Policy

We hope you love what you've ordered! But just in case you're not 100% satisfied, we've made the return process super easy.

Manufacturers, suppliers, or publishers other than lanpwr.com, may provide their own policies. Please contact them for further information. Please note that return and refund policies may vary according to local laws and regulations.  

In each case, the warranty period is measured starting on the date of installation or receipt by the original consumer purchaser. The sales receipt from the first consumer purchase, or other reasonable documentary proof, is required in order to establish the start date of the warranty period.

 

1. Cancellation

Customers can send an email to support@lanpwr.com to request a full refund within 30 minutes after placing an order on lanpwr.com.

Please note that we will charge a transaction fee if you apply for the refund 24 hours after the order is placed and before delivery has been made (1.5% for credit card users, 2.6% for PayPal users, 2.6% for Klarna users). 

Orders cannot be canceled after they are shipped.

If a product is out-of-stock or you enter an incomplete or incorrect address, we will contact you via email. If, after 15 days, we do not receive a reply, we will automatically cancel the order and refund your purchase.

2. Return Service


2.1 For Defective Item Returns

For defective items, we will give you a full refund/free replacement. Please contact LANpwr Support at support@lanpwr.com, provide proof of purchase and describe flaws to start the return process.

* Valid Proof of Purchase: 
a. A purchase order number made through lanpwr.com;
b. Sales invoice or order confirmation email that clearly shows the description of the product, its price, and sales channel.


2.2 For Normal Item Returns 

In order to avoid any trouble caused by the package when you return it, it is recommended that you keep the original packaging for at least 30 days.

a. Applicable Channel:

Our return policy grants you a generous 30-day window from the date of receipt to request a return. Upon sending us an email to initiate the return process, expect a prompt response within 48 hours.

To be eligible for a return, products are ordered on lanpwr.com and the item must remain in its original condition, unused or unworn, complete with tags, and housed in its original packaging. Additionally, please ensure to furnish a receipt or proof of purchase along with your return request.

b. Inapplicable Channel:

  • Misused, abused, modified, damaged by accident, or used for anything other than normal consumer use as authorized in LANPWR's current product literature.
  • Attempted repair by anyone other than an authorized facility
  • Any product purchased through an online auction house.
  • LANPWR's warranty does not apply to the battery cell unless the battery cell is fully charged by you within seven days after you purchase the product and at least once every 3 months.

c. Return Cost:

We implement a 20% restocking fee on returns initiated due to customer error. (such as: wrong address, unable to contact recipient or customer purchased the wrong product and negotiate a replacement)
For returns resulting from customer error (Including buying the wrong product), the responsibility for return shipping rests with the customer, including payment of associated shipping costs and original shipping cost. Please note that fees may vary depending on the region.


2.3 Shipping cost

The rules of liability for return shipping cost are as follows:

a. For Faulty Returns - In this case the shipping cost shall be borne by LANpwr
b. For Unconditional Return - In this case the shipping cost shall be borne by consumer(s).
 

2.4 Returns Process

  1. Providing your product has been received and it has been less than 30 calendar days, you can contact the official customer support via: support@lanpwr.com.
  2. Our Support Team will determine whether your order is eligible. After confirming your order is eligible, they will give you a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and provide you with a prepaid return shipping label (label to be determined by the support team). They will also provide instructions on how to properly package the product to return it safely. Do not ship the product until you have received the proper safety directions on how to ship the product. You must clearly mark the RMA number on the package and include your proof of purchase date with the product.
  3. Please do not return the items without the RMA confirmation from the LANpwr Customer Support Team. For returns without confirmation, the refund may not be processed.
  4. After the return of the products, we have three ways of dealing with the customer's request and the actual situation:

  • Repair after fault investigation; (Please refer to the Repair Policy section of our Warranty Policy for details)
  • Replacement of the product; (Please refer to the Replacement Policy section of our Warranty Policy for details)

Once the return request is confirmed, we will provide you with the warehouse address and you can send it back.


2.5 Requirements of Refunds

  1. For product and all accessories, no man-made damages are found;
  2. All accessories and parts need to be sent back to LANpwr with the main product;
  3. Parts and accessories should be securely packaged for return delivery in order to ensure good condition and to prevent damage during transportation.

Return & Refund Conditions
Please carefully read conditions below. If conditions are not met, LANPWR reserves the right to refuse the exchange or refund. Please note that LANPWR does not permit the return of or offer refunds for the following products:

  • Product that is custom configured or branded to your specifications.
  • Product purchased from a 3rd party retail partner.

 2.6 Refund Time

  1. Refund time for cancelled orders: Full refund within 10 business days
  2. Refund time for returns:After LANpwr receives your refund request, we'll issue the refund within 14 business days after we receive your product. We will then notify you by email once your refund has been processed. If you don't receive the refund after 14 business days, please contact support@lanpwr.com;
  3. Returns & Replacement: After LANpwr receives your product replacement request, we'll send a replacement product within 7 business days after receiving your product. Providing LANpwr has sufficient stock, you'll be notified by email with logistics information.

Please note that LANpwr will not accept returns with product modifications as it voids our warranty policy. Any modified products received will be returned to you at your expense.
Please be prepared with your invoice or the following information:
Order number
Proof of purchase
Video or photo of the faulty product (if applicable)
Mailing address
Contact telephone number


Please carefully follow our warranty process to minimize any delays:
1. Describe the problem with your item in detail: What happened? When? How? Please also state your full order number and product model (Product SN).
2. Tell us what steps you have already taken to resolve the issue.
3. Provide the item code indicated on the outer packaging.
4. Send a clear photo or video showing the defect(s); these should be taken under good lighting.

 

3. Refund

LANPWR offers a 30-day return policy, starting from the date you receive your order, for products purchased directly from the LANPWR website and LANPWR’s Amazon Store. Customers who purchased from retailers or channels other than the LANPWR website or LANPWR Amazon store and wish to return their product for a refund should first review the return and refund policy of the respective retailer. For further questions or assistance, please contact our customer support team at support@lanpwr.com and provide your order details. Products that are custom-configured or branded to your specifications are not eligible for return.

You can initiate the return by reaching out to our customer support team at support@lanpwr.com, and provide your order information, product serial number, reasons for return, and photos or videos showing the defects. Please do not ship any return items to us without first initiating a return request.

To initiate the return, please reach out to our customer support team at support@lanpwr.com, and provide your order information and reason for return. Once your return request is processed, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. When you ship out the return package, please be sure to write the RMA number clearly on the shipping label on the outside of the package. Do not write the RMA number on the actual box. Packages without an RMA number on the return shipping label will not be accepted by our warehouse.

Please ensure that the item you are returning is in its original condition. For items returned not in their original condition, a restocking fee will be applied and deducted from the refund amount.

LANPWR will cover the shipping cost for returns for the following reasons: defect product, delayed shipping, or damaged package. For returns due to all other reasons, return shipping and handling fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

Once LANPWR receives your item, a refund will be processed within 10 business days. The refund will be processed through your original payment method.

 

4. Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. If payment was made by credit card, once we receive the product we will credit your account. Please allow 7-10 business days for a credit to appear on your credit card statement.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@lanpwr.com
