Warranty Policy
Important Warranty Notice:
● Modifying the product (including disassembly) voids the warranty.
● Returns for modified products will be refused and returned at the customer's expense.
Warranty Claim Process (Follow steps to avoid delays):
1. Describe the problem: Explain the issue, when it happened, and what you were doing.
2. Include: Full order number & product serial number (SN).
3. List troubleshooting steps you've already tried.
Limited Warranty Policy

To demonstrate our confidence in the quality of our products, we are committed to providing the following warranty on all products sold by LANPWR, which is effective from the date of purchase by the buyer and will provide you with peace of mind for years to come. In the event of a product failure, rest assured that if any LANPWR product fails to meet the quality standards outlined in this limited warranty (as determined by our technical support team), we will either repair the defective product or replace it with a new/refurbished product that will be compatible with the original product and will have the same or higher power rating. In special cases where repair or replacement is not possible, we may process a refund. Please note that this warranty is subject to the terms of the Limited Warranty and is accompanied by a Warranty Replacement Ratio Correspondence Table detailing the replacement cost of each item.

5.Additional Notes
• Missing Accessories: €5–20 deduction per item (evaluated by support).
• International Returns: Buyer cover extra shipping costs for remote/island addresses.
• Lost/Stolen Packages: File a claim with the carrier, if you need further assistance you can contact Customer Service
6.Buyer Responsibilities
6.1 Usage Restrictions
• No incompatible chargers/overvoltage use.
• No using non-starter batteries for engine ignition.
• No series/parallel connections unless specified.
6.2 Operational Rules
• Avoid liquid exposure, reverse polarity, extreme temps/humidity.
• Prevent physical damage (impact, puncture, etc.).
• No disassembly/modification/unauthorized repairs.
• Protect against corrosion or misuse.
7.Warranty Exclusions
7.1 Not covered
(1) Normal wear (case scratches, capacity degradation)
(2) Force majeure (natural disasters, war, etc.)
(3) Human damage (tampering, water exposure, misuse)
(4) Third-party issues (theft, unauthorized purchases)
(5) System errors (poor ventilation, electrical stress)
(6) Poor maintenance (loose terminals, missing pads)
(7) Violating usage restrictions
7.2 Additional exclusions
• Consumable parts
• Damage from improper storage/transport/installation
• Failure to follow manuals
8. After-Service Policy
• Refunds/replacements require returned items.
• Warranty period continues from original purchase.

• Only functional failures are covered
• Only functional failures covered (excludes capacity fade/cosmetic issues).
9. Warranty Validation
Claims denied if:
① Outside warranty period
② Normal wear
③ Tampering damage
④ Non-manufacturer defects
⑤ Improper use/maintenance
10. Special Statement
The use of batteries as a backup/primary buyer for life support systems or other medical equipment is prohibited without the manufacturer's participation in the system design and express written authorization. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the manufacturer disclaims any liability arising from such use. In addition, the manufacturer reserves the right to refuse to provide after-sales service for batteries used in the above scenarios and shall not be liable for such refusal.
The invalidity of some provisions of this policy, if any, shall not affect the validity of other provisions.
