1. Why we need to install a balcony PV power system?
When this power station used as a balcony PV power station, it stores energy from solar panels in the power station. And it can connect to the grid to provide power to the household, aiming to help users save on electricity bills.
2. Why does it stop output and stop working when the battery capacity drops to 5%?
This is to better protect the battery's cycle life during charging and discharging, extending its usage time. When the device's battery level decrease to ≤ 5%, it will automatically stop grid connection or inverter output.
3.Why does it automatically connect to the grid only when the battery level is ＞95%?
In order to avoid energy wastage when household electricity consumption is low during daytime when people go out, the device prioritizes charging and energy storage during the day. It automatically connects to the grid once the battery is charged to 95%. This default grid connection capacity is set to 95%, and users can adjust it as needed through the app interface.
4.Why does the automatic grid connection mode stop when the battery capacity decreased to ≤90%?
Solar power generation is subject to weather conditions in automatic grid connec-tion mode.To prevent the battery from discharging excessively in automatic grid connection mode, which could lead to insufficient battery capacity when actual grid connection is needed.So, when the battery level ≤90%, it will automatically stop grid connection. The default level for stopping grid connection is set to ≤90%, and users can adjust it as needed through the app interface.
5. Which solar panels can match the power station?
This product has an input operating voltage range of 18-100V, and you can freely combine solar panels based on your requirements and the installation area's size. We recommend the following combinations:
1.Using 4 pcs of 18V/200W solar panels in series.
2.Using 3 pcs of 22V/200W solar panels in series.
3.Using 2pcs of 36V/550W solar panels in series.
Note: No matter how many solar panels are connected in series, the total open-circuit voltage when connected in series must be less than 96V.
6.How long can this power station support on grid-connected operation?
The available grid connection duration depends on the battery capacity and grid-connected power. For instance, if the main unit's battery is fully charged with a capacity of 2048WH, and the grid-connected power of 200W is selected , the grid connection duration can be calculated as follows: Grid connection duration = Battery capacity * Conversion efficiency / Grid-connected power (2048 * 0.9 / 200 ≈ 9.5 hours).

9.Why is the output to the low-power device automatically turned off after several hours?
To avoid forgetting to turn off the output during use that results in battery consumption,the power station will turns to Auto-Sleep mode when detects no device is connected or the connected device is less than or equal to a certain value. When without charging, and the AC&DC&USB outputs≤2W, the device will automatically shut down after 1 hour.
10.Is the 2200w power station waterproof?
No, please do NOT store it in a humid environment for a long time.

11.Can I use or charge the 2200w power station in sub-zero temperatures?
Temperature ranges for 2200w power stations are:
AC Charging: 0℃-40℃(32℉- 104℉); Discharge: -10℃- 40℃(14℉- 104℉);
Storage: -20℃- 60℃(-4℉- 140℉).
Technically, it can power electrical devices under such situations, but please avoid charging it.
12. How can I monitor the amount of electricity generated by the 2200PRO Balcony Solar System in real time?
On the Wonderfree app, you can view live statistics of energy generation, charge/discharge level of power station, and the revenue statistics.
13. Can I use third-party solar panels?
As long as it meets the input requirement. Please note that input voltage exceeding the input range may cause permanent damage to the 2200PRO Balcony Solar System.
14. I wish to connect multiple solar panels with the 2200PRO. How should I do it?
Connect them in series or parallel. This 2200PRO has independent solar input, with an open circuit voltage in the range of 18-100V. Please do not exceed this voltage range.
15. Speaking as a German user, do I need to register this system with the power grid? Can you help me with it?
To register with your local grid operator, as the requirements and process may vary, please contact them for specific information.
16. Can I install the system by myself?
Yes, the LANPWR 2200PRO Balcony Solar System is a plug-and-play design that requires no professional installer, the installation and maintenance of the system can be done on a do-it-yourself basis.
17. In the event of a power outage, how can the system continue to supply energy?
For safety concerns, 2200PRO's grid-connection function will stop the current output after a power outage in the home, but energy storage mode can be used as a backup power supply to connect to the appliance.
